It’s also the most-watched program on HBO in nearly seven years, since the series finale of The Sopranos in 2007. That’s an impressive landmark for a show in its fourth season, proving that Game of Thrones is still growing stronger.
The big ratings also helped HBO’s new comedy Silicon Valley, which debuted with 2 million viewers, making it the most-watched comedy premiere on HBO in five years.
