Gleeks everywhere have been anxiously awaiting the return of Glee on January 17. But since we’re still over two weeks away from the next all-new episode, the next best thing would be to preview some of the upcoming songs.
So that’s what we’re going to do. The next new episode, entitled “Yes/No,” will feature some great songs as usual, including “Summer Nights” from Grease, “We Found Love,” and a mash-up of “Moves Like Jagger” and “Jumping Jack Flash.” As of right now, it is unknown if those are the only songs to be featured in the episode.
But regardless, let’s preview three of those songs now to whet our appetite. Check them out below.
“Summer Nights” – Sam/Mercedes
“We Found Love” – Rachel/Santana
Mash-Up: “Moves Like Jagger”/”Jumping Jack Flash” – Artie
When Glee went “back to basics” this season, music downloads decreased. But it looks like “Yes/No” will feature a mix of old and new. I’m particularly looking forward to Artie’s song.
We’ve listened to some of the music. Now how about some new footage. Here is a promo for the return of Glee.
A week after “Yes/No,” Glee will air the much anticipated Michael Jackson tribute episode, which is rumored to be an expanded episode. We previously reported on the list of 12 songs that will supposedly be featured. Even though not every one of those has been confirmed, we know of at least one because we’ve got the audio to prove it.
Quinn will be performing “Never Can Say Goodbye.” Take a listen below.
Glee returns January 17 at 8pm on FOX.
