Bryan Cranston has some free time now that he’s done filming Breaking Bad, so how about a return trip to How I Met Your Mother? And Ana Ortiz is set to guest star on Revenge. Read on for all details, including casting announcements for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Neighbors, Blue Bloods, American Dad, Scandal, The Big Bang Theory, The Mindy Project and Two and a Half Men — and which of these shows is Kim Kardashian making an appearance on?

Bryan Cranston returning to How I Met Your Mother: CBS tweeted out the news: “Casting News! @BryanCranston returns to #HIMYM later this fall as Hammond Druthers! #BreakingMOTHER.” He’s reprising his role as Druthers, who is Ted’s former boss, during season 9. It’s unknown if he’ll be recurring or if it’s just a guest role.

Ana Ortiz ready for damage control on Revenge: The Devious Maids star has a guest role in one episode of season 3. She’ll be playing Bizzy Preston, who’s described by TVLine as a “confident, fearless public relations specialist” who Conrad brings in to help with damage control for the Graysons.

Patton Oswalt going head to head with Andy Samberg on Brooklyn Nine-Nine: His character is Fire Marshal Boone, and he and Andy Samberg’s character Det. Jake Peralta end up “butting heads,” according to Entertainment Weekly, after he goes to investigate a suspicious fire — apparently, Boone and Peralta have a history.

Reginald VelJohnson and Meredith Baxter show up for the holidays on The Neighbors: The Family Matters actor and Family Ties actress have been cast as Jackie Joyner-Kersee’s parents. To make it even better, EW reports that they’ll be appearing in the ABC comedy’s Thanksgiving episode.

Charisma Carpenter bringing her charisma to Blue Bloods: The Former Buffy star is guest starring as Marianne Romano who used to be the popular girl in school, but now she’s very much a needy person. TV Guide notes that she has a history with Danny (the two had a fling together years ago). When she tries calling on him for help, it ends up not working out the way she hoped it would. Carpenter tweeted, “Playing ‘Marianne’ on @BlueBloods_CBS is the most fun I have had w a character in a long time. Staten Island accent and a lot of leopard!”

Kim Kardashian lending her voice to American Dad: Her character is a furry alien, and EW is reporting that she and Roger end up falling in love after her spaceship crashes in Langley Falls. But the relationship won’t be as easy-going as had hoped. Kim Kardashian as an alien? Yeah, sounds about right.

Jack Coleman joins Scandal: The former Heroes star has signed on for a recurring role in season 3 — he’ll first show up in an October episode. But unfortunately, TV Guide notes that his character’s involvement is currently a secret to those of us outside the Shonda Rhimes bubble.

Kate Micucci returning to The Big Bang Theory: She’s reprise her role as the socially inept Lucy, who was briefly Raj’s love interest last season. She’s appearing in episode 8, set to air on November 14. While not a lot is known at this point, we do know that she’ll “bump into Penny” during her return, according to The Hollywood Reporter, though whether or not that means she’ll talk with Raj is unclear.

Kendra Wilkinson to guest star on The Mindy Project: Yet another big name guest star is joining the new season of the FOX comedy. Mindy Kaling told Us Weekly, “[It’s a] funny little part and my friend Jeremy [Bronson] wrote [it]. A really funny script and she’s in it!” A source said  Wilkinson “will be playing a character” as opposed to a fictional version of herself. “Mindy is a huge fan of Kendra’s and asked her to do one episode. Kendra is so excited!”

D.B. Sweeney is Lyndsey’s love interest on Two and a Half Men: The actor is playing Larry, the new boyfriend of Courtney Thorne-Smith’s character, in one episode. He seems like a pretty good guy, as The Hollywood Reporter describes him as someone who isn’t “slimy or fake.”
