While the Kardashians can barely be contained in one house, it seems like they’re not satisfied with staying in just one reality series either. Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are getting their own show, a spin-off of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Scheduled to premiere in August this year, the new program is tentatively titled Kourtney and Khloe in Miami. The Kim-free series follows the clan’s oldest and youngest sisters as they make their way around Florida in pursuit of their business.
The East Coast will never be the same as Kourtney and Khloe take over, equipped with an all new Dash boutique. Concentrating on hiring staffers and designing outfits, the girls will get into all sorts of situations that will challenge them amidst the South Beach party scene. As with Keeping Up with the Kardashians, expect even more drama.
In addition to their clothing store venture, one of the girls is given an opportunity to be a local talent. Khloe is offered the job of hosting a late-night radio talk show around the area, which causes animosity between her and her sister. It’s not exactly the glamorous green-eyed monster that’s nagging at her; it’s simply because Kourtney wants the both of them to focus on Dash. It will certainly be difficult, since there are so many wonderful distractions in Florida.
“We knew fans could not miss out on this drama-filled duo as they invade such a beautiful, vibrant and notoriously wild city as Miami,” announced E!’s Executive Vice President Lisa Berger.
Kourtney and Khloe in Miami will be produced by Ryan Seacrest, just like Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Of course, the series won’t be complete if it didn’t have cameos from the rest of the crazy family. The network confirmed that there will be cameos by mom Kris, stepdad Bruce, and definitely their sister Kim.
