Comic Con may be months away, but we’re lucky Metropolis is having its own big event in a few days. On Smallville soon, we’ll get to witness these CW characters take the form of comic book characters, as if they weren’t already.
But while we wait for that exciting episode called “Warrior,” the network has released a photo that would really draw the fans in. It looks like Clark (Tom Welling) and Oliver (Justin Hartley) won’t be the only ones donning costumes on the show.
Slight spoilers ahead.
If you haven’t guessed from the article’s title yet, we’re talking about our dear Lois Lane (Erica Durance). You could’ve answered Chloe (Allison Mack), but the heroine we’re talking about isn’t as blonde.
Anyway, the episode “Warrior” introduces a charmed comic book, which transforms a young man named Stephen (guest star Carlo Marks) into a superhero. We won’t give much away, but somehow this causes Lois to dress up as the iconic Wonder Woman.
Well, she could’ve done this so that Clark would stay away from the seductive Zatanna (guest star Serinda Swan), who has returned to inform him of the magical comic book. To put it mildly, Lois isn’t fond of sharing her man.
But this lady doesn’t need any more superpowers to astound anyone. Just look at Erica Durance in this photo acquired by the New York Post!
How can Superman possibly resist that?
As the sparks fly for Lois and Clark, the other side of the story presents another romance on this upcoming Smallville episode. Apparently, Chloe’s falling for another hero too. And it’s not going to be Oliver, if you want to listen to the series’ execs.
Anyway, “Warrior” is about a couple of weeks away and we honestly can’t wait to see this Comic Con adaptation. Of course, we’re also excited to see Lois trying to impress Clark as Wonder Woman. Don’t miss this new Smallville episode on January 29 on the CW.
