USA has announced summer 2014 premiere dates for four returning dramas, as well as two brand-new shows.
Royal Pains will kick off the network’s summer schedule on June 10. Now that Hank is back from his travels with Boris, he finds that HankMed is not the same as when he left it nine months ago, so he must do his best to fit right back into the fold. Expect there to be celebrity guest stars showing up throughout the season.
The following night sees the return of Suits. In season 4, Mike Ross begins work as an investment banker on Wall Street, but he’ll soon find out that he and Harvey aren’t exactly seeing eye to eye.
Right after the Suits premiere, Graceland makes its return. In the sophomore outing, Mike Warren is tasked with running point on a dangerous mission against the cartel — but can he maintain any normalcy in his life with a job like this? And Briggs begins his own mission — that of making his life better and healing relationships.
Later on in the month, Covert Affairs is back, and Annie will have to deal with the aftermath of faking her own death in order to go undercover when she arrives back at the agency — how will it affect her personal and professional relationships?
Aside from the returning favorites above, USA is also debuting two new shows. The first is Rush, which follows Dr. William P. Rush, a renegade physician and “medical fixer” who caters to Los Angeles’ elite. Push is played by Tom Ellis.
The other new show is Satisfaction. Husband and wife Neil and Grace Truman are at the center of this drama as they face the question ‘What do you do when having it all is not enough?’ This marks Matt Passmore’s return to television after The Glades was cancelled last year. The series also stars Stephanie Szostak, Michelle DeShon, Katherine LaNasa and Blair Redford.
