Following The CW and FOX, CBS has now revealed their season finale dates for spring 2013.
All of their shows except for one end in May; The Good Wife wraps up at the end of April. And besides the usual two-hour finales from Survivor and The Amazing Race, scripted shows like Elementary and Criminal Minds will also close out with expanded episodes.

Are any of your favorite CBS shows being cancelled? Since the network generally receives high ratings, they still have to make room for new series next season. So even though Vegas, which will now air on Fridays, receives respectable numbers (9.5 million viewers for its most recent episode), for CBS it’s a show they can’t afford to keep on the air beyond its inaugural run. (If NBC had ratings like that, it’d be a guaranteed renewal.)
The Good Wife and The Mentalist have been talked about as possible casualties, along with Rules of Engagement. And even though it’s sticking around on Tuesdays and a finale date has been announced, don’t be surprised if Golden Boy gets the ax as well. CSI: NY ended its season in February, but it’s not expected to return. We’ll know CBS’ entire 2013-2014 schedule when they present at the upfronts on May 15.
