For a while I thought they weren’t coming back. But they are! And this season, The Real Housewives of Orange County are back with a vengeance. When they return on March 6, we’ll get to meet two new characters and catch up with the lives of some old favorites.
The newest Housewife, Peggy Tanous, is described by the Bravo press release as, “a 41-year old former model and now stay-at-home mom with poster girl good looks … Peggy is an odd mix between a holistic, new age woman and a wealthy Orange County party girl. She believes in clean, natural living but loves her bling, Bentley and plastic surgery. She sees her new OC gal-pals as another step towards being fabulous. During the season, she tries to reinvigorate her former modeling career, but there is more to Peggy than just good looks as she opens up about a dramatic secret.” [Bravo]
If I had to guess, I would say that “dramatic secret” is probably a search for her biological parent, as that seems to be en vogue with the Housewives. We’ll also get to meet Tamra’s “gal-pal” Fernanda Rocha, a “34-year old, hot Brazilian lesbian fitness instructor.” Well, good! Check out this video preview, that re-introduces some familiar faces and the struggles of the Housewives as they live lavishly atop a crumbling economy.
