Surely you’ve got your calendars chalked up for this Sunday, when exclusive footage for the next Twilight film, New Moon, drops at the MTV Movie Awards? Well, it’s none other than the film’s first trailer. Still something to rattle you all, I know.
So, come Sunday from 9pm ET, the stars of New Moon–of course, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, as well as the others–will be at hand to present the premiere of the first New Moon trailer. In case you miss it, you can catch the whole thing online from 10:45pm, according to the folks at MTV.
In between, you can watch the entire awards night and see whether Taylor or Robert win the Breakthrough Male Performance award, or whether Kristin will win the Breakthrough Female Performamce award. Or, perhaps, Best Fight between Robert and Cam Gigandet, or perhaps–sure, swoon now–best film.
But don’t get too pumped up. I know on-set photos have come out, including that one topless photo of Robert (which I actually find a little, uhh, scary at first glance). And there’s this trailer on Sunday, and I presume that the trailer attached to another Summit Entertainment film, Bandslam, will be a second, longer trailer. And then there’s all the hype leading to November, until the film finally hits theaters on November 20.
Just, you know, take care of yourselves, because there’s still a hell lot of things that will come out–you might get too shaken before the film hits screens. You might scare people.
(Yep, the last two paragraphs were filler, but I really mean it. By the way, you can also check out our Twilight Twitter page and maybe have a chat with Kim. They’re talking about shirtless Rob last time I checked. Hash tag war? You bet…)
