This winter, USA is going to be hotter than ever thanks to White Collar‘s newest guest star. The show’s third season, which will take a hiatus until January following the August 9 mid-season finale, will feature True Blood‘s hunky werewolf Joe Manganiello as a special guest star.
According to EW, Manganiello will play an ex-con who moves in across the street from Peter and his wife, causing serious problems in the neighborhood. It’s best to buy your sunglasses right now, because the sexual wattage of Manganiello and White Collar star Matt Bomer on screen at the same time may create a televised supernova.
He’s not the only cool guest star White Collar has coming in season 3. Buffy and Dollhouse star Eliza Dushku is also making an appearance later this season, as is Beau Bridges.
The appearance of Manganiello isn’t just fun for True Blood fans hoping to see some more of Alcide in the HBO hit’s off-season, but it’s also a possible reunion of two One Tree Hill stars. Manganiello played bartender Owen on the CW drama, which also featured new White Collar series regular Hilarie Burton. However, given his storyline, it seems unlikely that the two will cross paths.
White Collar airs Tuesdays at 9pm on USA.
