Biography
Chandra West is a Canadian actress who has been active in the entertainment scene since 1991. After appearing in the feature film True Confections, she gradually acquired more meatier roles on TV, including the mini-series The Secret of Lake Success, Highlander, and Love and Betrayal: The Mia Farrow Story, where she played Mariel Hemingway.
West, who attended Oakville Trafalgar High School, started becoming more visible on the big screen by the year 2000. She was cast in Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business, The Salton Sea, and The First $20 Million Is Always the Hardest. At the same time, she played recurring roles on Jack & Jill, Mister Sterling, NYPD Blue and John from Cincinnati. In 2010, she became one of the lead stars of the supernatural drama series The Gates, where she played a witch named Devon.
