Exclusive Video Interview with Adrian Pasdar on the Set of 'Heroes'

August 25, 2008

Adrian Pasdar, HeroesFor exclusive on-set videos and hot features on the new TV season, check out BuddyTV's Fall 2008 Preview.

You probably already know that Nathan Petrelli is back for season 3 of Heroes. If you attended or read a detailed description of the first episode of the new season aired at Comic-Con, you might also know the circumstances under which Nathan survives the assassin's bullet. Whether you do or don't, it doesn't make it any less bizarre. Thankfully when BuddyTV visited the set of Heroes, we caught up with Adrian Pasdar to find out what's going on with Nathan's shocking survival and his journey in season 3.

Making matters even more confusing, we spoke to Pasdar shortly after he filmed a scene in a car between himself and Ali Larter, another actress who plays someone presumed dead at the end of season 2. Continue reading to watch out exclusive video interview and to read more amount our meeting with Adrian Pasdar.

Dana Davis Leaving 'Heroes'

August 21, 2008

Dana DavisThere were numerous problems with the second season of Heroes, but many fans would agree that one of the bigger issues was the addition of too many new characters.  If the characters had been interesting it would have been forgivable, but poor writing and subpar performances doomed most of them right off the bat.  Heroes is a show that's better when it sticks to its core characters, which is hopefully a lesson the writers have learned as the show moves into its third season.

Just as I grabbed my pom poms and gave three cheers when Alejandro bit the dust last season, I'm once again doing cartwheels over the announcement that Monica will be leaving the series.  Actress Dana Davis recently gave an interview with PopWrap where she revealed that her character will be written out of the show early in season 3.

'Heroes' On-Set Exclusive: Preview Video for Season 3

August 18, 2008

Masi Oka, HeroesFor exclusive on-set videos and hot features on the new TV season, check out BuddyTV's Fall 2008 Preview.

Visiting the set of Heroes while they're filming the sixth episode of season 3 is a bit like putting together a jigsaw puzzle without the box – you have all the pieces, but you have no clue what the picture is. During BuddyTV's visit, I saw the cast and crew film two short scenes that, combined, will probably amount to less than 30 seconds of screentime. Yet I had a thousand questions about what was going on.

Why were Nathan and Niki in a car together? Didn't they both die at the end of season 2? And what is Hiro doing in a magic shop? After some hard-hitting investigative reporting, I discovered the answers to these and many other questions. Continue reading for more about this exclusive set visit and to watch a trailer previewing what's ahead in the coming weeks.

Sexiest Breakout Stars: #2 Brea Grant in 'Heroes'

August 18, 2008

Brea GrantFor exclusive on-set videos and hot features on the new TV season, check out BuddyTV's Fall 2008 Preview.

Every geeky guy in America fell in love with Brea Grant when she played Jean on Friday Night Lights, Landry's would-be girlfriend who's idea of a good date is staying in and watching a Mystery Science Theater 300 marathon. Some guys may prefer some porn star-looking buxom blonde, but Brea Grant has spunk, and we love spunk.

BuddyTV Fall 2008 Preview: John Kubicek's Top 5 Returning Shows

August 18, 2008

HeroesFor exclusive on-set videos and hot features on the new TV season, check out BuddyTV's Fall 2008 Preview.

The writers' strike has greatly affected my anticipation for returning shows.  There are many great programs that haven't had a single new episode since December 2007, raising my excitement for shows that I certainly wasn't as eager for a few months ago.  Absence makes the heart grow fonder, and that is all too true this TV season.

For my most anticipated returning shows, I have three of last season's best new shows which are hopefully back for full seasons, and old favorite that I have high hopes for, and the best reality show on TV.
