BIOGRAPHY
Camilla Poindexter describes herself as an “outstanding individual with a lot of charisma.” Hailing from Long Beach, California, this 21-year-old Broadcast student has a lot to offer. She was raised by a single mother and was an only child, and has ventured into a number of sports while she was younger. She learned how to make friends at an early age by joining extra-curricular activities. These include tennis, tae kwon do, dancing and drill team. Considering herself as an adventurous spirit, she enjoys traveling and meeting new people. One of the many things Camilla is proud of is catching 40 silver salmon in 40 minutes in a fishing derby. She has traveled frequently to Alaska, and is fond of camping, hiking, kayaking, and of course, fishing. Other than staying outdoors, she likes going out of town with her girlfriends and shop. Camillia also aspires to become a host and spokesmodel, and is looking for a man who will respect her and encourage her with her broadcasting career. She credits the saying “Never let anyone steal your sunshine” as her inspiration in becoming a strong, optimistic woman who doesn’t easily give up. Camilla Poindexter is one of the girls in NBC’s reality series Momma’s Boys. Executive produced by Ryan Seacrest, the show focuses on a group of mothers who are out to choose the perfect lady for their sons. Rivalries bring about tension, as the moms and the girls go head to head in influencing the decisions of the bachelors. The series boldly poses the question “Who is really the most important woman in every man’s life?”
