As reported previously, Salma Hayek has been added to 30 Rock‘s guest list this season. Tina Fey, who plays Liz Lemon and serves as executive producer of the sitcom, was reportedly so desperate to get Hayek on the show that she called her personally to invite her to come on board. At the time, details about the 42-year-old actress’ appearance were scarce though it has been said that she has signed on to appear for more than one episode and that she won’t be playing herself but will star as a character.
Now more details about Hayek’s guest stint has emerged and according to The Sun, there’s even an embarrassing scene between the gorgeous actress and lead male actor Alec Baldwin.

In the pair’s very first scene together on 30 Rock, Hayek had to shove her hands down Baldwin’s trousers, which left the 50-year-old actor, who plays network executive Jack Donaghy, embarrassed.
“Salma plays my mother’s nurse and I find out I have testicular cancer. She shoves her hands down my pants and that was the first episode I shot with Salma,” he said.
On the other hand, the 30 Rock actor was amazed by the Mexican-American actress’ charm and added, “We shot another five episodes after that and she’s just adorable.”
Last seen playing Sofia Reyes on the ABC comedy Ugly Betty, where she also serves as producer, Hayek is also credited for her appearances on Saturday Night Live, Roadracers, The Sinbad Show and numerous Spanish telenovelas.
In addition to 30 Rock, which returns with new episodes in January, Hayek has also been cast in the upcoming thriller Cirque du Freak, a movie about a young boy who is forced to leave his normal life and go on the road with the Cirque Du Freak to become a vampire.
