With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, we’re going to be hoping for all the good luck we can get. If you’re one of these TV characters though, you’ve got plenty of luck as it is. From Supernatural to Game of Thrones, take a look at five TV characters who just seem to luck out in every situation.
6 Things Riverdale Could Learn from Pretty Little Liars>>>
1. Emily Fields, Pretty Little Liars
All of the Liars have gotten off pretty damn lucky, if you think about it. How many times have they gotten out of trouble with their parents, cheating in school, MURDER or even escaped death? Too many times. But out of all the Liars, Emily might just be the luckiest. These situations seem to happen for her far more than anyone else in Rosewood. The girl has literally killed people and managed not to serve time, but also escaped death way more times than her friends. If you go back to the beginning, she’s survived near-certain death at least twice per season. This girl has a guardian angel.
2. Dean Winchester, Supernatural
Speaking of guardian angels, there definitely have to be a few watching over Dean Winchester. This guy has actually died (not gotten close. Actually died.) dozens of times, yet still walks around without a care in the world. How? Oh, you know. Angels and demons resurrect him, drag his body out of hell and return him without a scratch. Aside from just being plain immortal, Dean has the luck of an unearthly metabolism. How does a guy who eats nothing but burgers, pie, whiskey and beer still have washboard abs and the skin of a man in his twenties?
3. Daenerys Targaryen, Game of Thrones
If you compare the tribulations of every character on Game of Thrones, Daenerys really got dealt the best hand. Sure, she started out a slave to be married, but look who she married. Khal freakin’ Drogo. A king who ended up treating her like gold and teaching her to be a badass. She went on to become a ruler of hundreds of thousands. The one time she had any real trouble was when the Dothraki kidnapped her. Even then, she managed to take them all out in one fell swoop, somehow gaining even more followers in the process. She then realized she needed to make a plan to infiltrate Westeros, and guess what happened? One of Westeros’ brightest residents, Tyrion, wound up at her door. Daenerys is definitely hiding a pot of gold beneath one of those dragons.

4. Frank Reynolds, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Seriously, how is this guy not in jail? He’s vandalized, committed fraud, assaulted and way too many other crimes to even list, yet somehow, he’s still out and about causing more mischief. Frank Reynolds is a disgusting varmint, but clearly some of that Paddy’s Pub good luck has rubbed off on him. Even when he lost all his money in a Ponzi scheme, the guy was bailed out 22 minutes later and was back to being wealthy. How do these things keep happening to him?
5. Lorelai Gilmore, Gilmore Girls
For a girl who got unexpectedly pregnant at 16 and ran away to live in a shed as a maid, Lorelai Gilmore’s luck has certainly turned around. Think about everything that’s happened to her. She had no money to pay for her daughter’s tuition to private school or college, so her parents came in at the last minute to save the day. When she didn’t want to be in her parents’ debt anymore, poof! Rory’s dad came in to a fortune that could pay for her schooling from then on. She desperately wanted to buy the Dragonfly Inn to make it her own, but the owner Fran refused to sell. Just a few short episodes later, Fran croaked and the Dragonfly was up for sale. She couldn’t bear to have her daughter move all the way to Harvard, her lifelong dream school, so she somehow wound up at Yale, just 20 minutes away. Even when she stupidly cheated on the man of her dreams, he ended up taking her back. I mean, come on. She can do anything she wants, and it somehow ends up better for her.
