Sean Lowe‘s Advice for the Next Bachelor
Sean Lowe, the first ever Bachelor star who married his chosen winner Catherine Giudici, has shared his observations about the ABC reality dating franchise which might be useful for incoming Bachelor star Chris Soules. In his blog, he reveals that people who get cast on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette generally fall into one of two categories: Category Soul Mate or Category Crazy.
“Now that Farmer Chris is preparing to start filming his new season, it got me thinking about the way The Bachelor and The Bachelorette selects and presents its participants,” Sean wrote on his blog.” Roughly half the girls are those the producers believe will actually be a good match for The Bachelor… One of the surprising things that I learned while on the show is this: the producers really – no, really! – believe in true love. They want nothing more than a proposal and a wedding at the end of each season. The producers know that the magic recipe for high ratings is tons of drama capped off with the true love and a fairy tale ending.”

The Andi-Josh Breakup Rumor That Just Won’t Die
It has been reported several times that Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray are on the rocks though rumors about their split have often been dispelled by the Bachelorette season 10 star. Despite Andi’s efforts, however, the breakup rumor just won’t go away. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Andi and Josh have no plans to get married. “They’ve got their exit strategy all mapped out – take advantage of all the wedding talk, leverage it into another few ‘exclusives,’ try to book another reality show, and then break up at the last possible moment to maximize publicity,” the site revealed. “It’s a well oiled machine, and at this point, we should all know better than to trust a single word that comes out of these people’s mouths regarding their romance.”
Chris Siegfried’s Wedding Update
It has been more than a year since Chris Siegfried and Desiree Hartsock got engaged on The Bachelorette season 9 and it seems that they are in no rush to walk down the aisle based on the news (or lack thereof) surrounding their relationship. Recently, however, Chris confirmed that the big day may not be far away.
“Now I am sure the next question that is running through your mind is “when is the big day??!! Well – it’s a surprise! We will be getting married. That’s guaranteed,” Chris wrote on Desiree’s blog. “Will we get to share it with you? We aren’t sure yet but we will certainly keep you posted. This weekend we will be in LA checking out venues to see what we like and what we are interested in. All of this wedding talk is getting me excited! Let’s fast forward to the wedding and me standing up there (obviously looking awesome). I have no idea how I am going to react when I see my beautiful bride to be walking down the aisle. But, what I do know is that I will be excited and full of joy to get to call her my wife! AND I am excited to see the dress she has been working on for so long! And excited to share all of this excitement with my excited family and friends and fans (the 3 F’s) haha.”
