Hate her or REALLY hate her, there’s no denying that Big Brother 15 houseguest has become one of the most dominant competitive forces in the history of the game.
On Thursday, Aaryn won her fourth HoH competition, only having lost twice (the popsicle endurance HoH in week 1 and predicting who America voted for the royal court in week 4). That’s an amazing run as only a handful of former HGs have ever won four HoH competitions in a single season. No one has ever won five, so theoretically, Aaryn could become the undisputed HoH Queen if she keeps up the momentum.
Since I love the statistical history of Big Brother, here are some interesting stats about Aaryn’s very impressive competitive streak.
-Aaryn has won as many HoH competitions as everyone else left in the Big Brother 15 house combined.
-Aaryn is only the sixth person in the history of Big Brother to win four HoHs in a single season. She’s also done it faster than anyone else as it took her nine competitions (she’s only played in six), while Janelle Pierzina won her fourth HoH on All-Stars in the 10th competition.
-In addition, the other four people who have won four HoHs all did so by winning the final HoH against just two other players. They were season 14 winner Ian Terry, season 13 winner Rachel Reilly, season 12 winner Hayden Moss and season 5 winner Drew Daniel.
-Aaryn is one of only 12 HGs who have won five competitions or more in a single season.
Here are some handy lists to compare Aaryn’s feats. Keep in mind she could still move up on the lists if she continues to win.
