If the title isn’t much of a clue, then here’s the preview for tonight’s Brothers and Sisters episode. “The Wig Party” brings the Walkers together once again, but it won’t be all fun and games for the family. More drama’s heading our way as usual. In addition to a smidge of romance, of course.
“The Wig Party” has Nora (Sally Field) meet a new man in her life. She’s taking quite a risk with this guy, since he’s an oncologist in the hospital where Kitty (Calista Flockhart) is being treated for cancer.
Joe Tenney is a guest star on this episode as the man Nora goes wild for, in more ways than one. She hangs out with him late at night, cruising around and riding on the back of his motorcycle. The family is worried about how she’s acting, but Nora is too happy to stop.
But as her mom keeps herself busy with her newfound “friends with benefits” fellow, Kitty is busy considering other options for her cancer. Things are getting more difficult everyday, especially when she sees the visible consequences of her treatment. This causes her to rethink her decisions and look for an alternative cure.
While she looks to her family for support, it’s a life-threatening choice that isn’t received well by everyone. Sarah (Rachel Griffiths) sincerely hopes her sister will get better, but it’s too much since they might lose her if they agree to what she wants to do. Even Nora snaps out of her romantic reveries to discuss the matter with Kitty.
Meanwhile, Scotty (Luke Macfarlane) receives a visit from his father, along with some shocking news. This leads him to look back on what’s behind his marriage and re-evaluate it.
