Grey’s Anatomy won’t be back until January. Fans still need their Grey’s fix, however, and that’s just what we’re going to give them. The next new episode will air on January 4, 2007, and is entitled “Six Days”. As always, our Emperor of Spoilers, the Queen of All Things Spoilery, Isabelle the Great, is here to provide the wanting masses with a feast of spoilers about the episode.
(On a side note, I’d like to take a gander at Shonda Rhimes iPod. As you know, every episode of Grey’s Anatomy is titled after a song. Every episode. It’s their thing. Yet, the choice of songs is so diverse, as are the songs that are played on the show. In fact, I’ve watched episodes, immediately found out what a certain song was and who it’s by, and downloaded it on the spot. Of course, by “download”, I mean “immediately drove to Tower Records and bought the CD”. Anyway, I’m guessing that Ms. Rhimes iPod is a sight to behold.)

- After a successful operation on his heart, George’s father undergoes surgery for his cancer, Thatcher Grey visits Seattle Grace in order to see his new granddaughter, and Meredith discovers that Derek has trouble sleeping soundly.
- An uncle and an aunt of a doctor working at Seattle Grace are at the hospital. The family seems to be celebrating something has they will wear party hats.
- It looks like Izzie is getting ready to deposit that big ol’ check of hers, but it’s not going to be easy. I hear she’s going to suffer an emotional breakdown at the bank when she passes what’s left of Denny over to the teller. Of course, she can take comfort in knowing that at least she’s using the moola for a good cause. A really good cause.
- A woman keeps crying when she goes to a store to return a stained shirt. A doctor wants to help Heather, a young woman who had a lot of not-that-successful surgeries in the past.
