Well, this is definitely the unexpected. On Thursday’s episode of Big Brother 19, Julie Chen ended the night with a shocking revelation. A celebrity edition of Big Brother will be coming to CBS this winter. And don’t worry, this will not affect the show returning for a regular summer season next year as well.
Celebrity Big Brother will play out similarly to the regular version, with multiple episodes per week, HoHS, PoVs and evictions, plus 24/7 live feeds on CBS All Access. However, it will be a much shorter season than usual, so the game will probably move very fast.
More details will come later, but this is certainly a huge event that will likely fill January and/or February. Fans can definitely speculate on the cast, but Me, Myself and I‘s Bobby Moynihan, who just appeared on Big Brother 19 to host a competition, seems like a perfect option since he was so excited to be in the house.
