Teresa Giudice of The Real Housewives of New Jersey fame has been keeping relatively low-key on this season of Celebrity Apprentice. But the Donald himself is saying that her under-the-radar strategy won’t last much longer.
“I don’t want to give much up, but she gets very wild very soon,” Trump told NorthJersey.com.
Perhaps the reason the Teresa we all know and love shows up in the upcoming episodes is she has been called out by her team members for being a weak player, even though her quiet demeanor thus far shouldn’t be misjudged for weakness.
“It’s surprising to me that Teresa’s not more volatile,” The Donald added. “She’s much different than I thought she would be. She’s a very quality person. I thought she’d be a total wild woman… and really she’s not. I mean, she’s more reserved and I think it’s a lot different than when you see her on the other show. I don’t know why. I’m not sure if it’s re-branding or just that she’s maybe a little bit intimidated by some of the other people. It’s a tough group.”
Although she has backed away from confrontation in the board room, Teresa has been her saucy self on Twitter.
“You gonna knock me down, I’m gonna knock you right back down!” she tweeted during Sunday’s episode, after team member Patricia Velasquez accused her of being the weakest member of the team. “I was ready to explode! Did you see me take a breather and then Lisa backtracked to say I delivered. She’s so lucky… You don’t see me a lot because I worked hard where it was needed. Wasn’t a huge spotlight hog. I’m on TV enough.”
As for when Teresa will get wild, it’s still a mystery. But it definitely looks like she’s playing a bigger role in next week’s episode. Watch the preview here:
