Spoiler alert: This article contains Covert Affairs spoilers and clips.
Annie’s Back
After killing Henry Wilcox, Annie didn’t rush back home into Auggie’s arms or return to the CIA. Instead, she stayed dark for another four months before reappearing. Her friends and especially the CIA are suspicious about where she’s been and why she decided to surface now. What’s she hiding?
Did Annie Make the Wrong Decision?
A man from Annie’s past is a target of a government investigation. Annie will come face-to-face with him again and their meeting comes to a startling conclusion. She once made the decision to let him go free, will it come back to haunt her? Or was she right about him all along?
Hello, Ryan McQuaid
Annie meets a new contact and charming man in Ryan McQuaid (Nic Bishop). He’s a former Navy Seal and currently owns a reputable private contractor firm. He makes her an offer, but not the one that she was expecting.
Annie will work with him on her current mission and she may not be the only familiar face teaming up with McQuaid. Arthur’s out of a job after his scandal and he will consider an offer to work in the private sector.
Will he steal Annie’s heart away from Auggie? It could happen, he’s that enchanting.
Chicago!
Annie heads to Chicago to track a potential terror suspect. The situation is not at all what they were expecting. The CIA has been compromised and the end result is explosive! People die and the stage is set for Covert Affairs season 5.
Check out a sneak peek which showcases the mission.
CIA Politics
With Joan cleared of wrongdoing, will she be returning to her role as DCS? Or will Calder Michaels be promoted to run the department? It’s going to be an interesting battle to see who will fill the open DCS position and who will head the DPD permanently.
In the premiere, it appears it’s a race between Joan and Calder, but could there be a third player that could be in the mix?
Covert Affairs airs on Tuesdays at 10pm ET on USA.
