In the video, which is titled “Save the Day,” Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) banters with Nate Heywood (Nick Zano) as they team up to take on some bad guys. The promo also features Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Maggie’s (Floriana Lima) on a date that gets interrupted by work, Sara (Caity Lotz) and Ray (Brandon Routh) fighting with Roman soldiers and more.
In other news, Arrow has unveiled its mystery villain for season 6. TV Line confirms that Michael Emerson, who is known for his roles as puppet master Benjamin Linus on Lost, computer-savvy Harold Finch on Person of Interest and serial killer William Hinks on The Practice, will be arriving at Star City as a main threat to Oliver Queen.
“This character that we’re having [Michael] play is somewhat similar to people he has played in the past,” co-showrunner Wendy Mericle shared. “But we had many conversations with him about how to make it different, and what elements we could bring to the character to change it up.”
“He is a dream to work with, and I think he’s doing an amazing job,” added Mericle. “We’ve seen some dailies of some of his episodes and he’s just fantastic. He’s a really understated, subtle actor, and that brings a different energy on set. It’s great.”
Supergirl returns Monday, October 9 at 8/7c while Flash kicks off its new season on Tuesday, October 10 at 8/7c, followed by Legends of Tomorrow at 9/8c. Arrow season 6 premieres Thursday, October 12 at 9/8c on The CW.
