Jaime Murray, who had a rather interesting role as the titular character’s insane and always topless ex-fling Lila on Dexter, will grace the set of another intense series as he drops by NCIS on its penultimate episode this season set to air sometime this May.
Murray, 31, will play Immigration Customs Enforcement agent Julia “Jules” Foster-Yates, who will reportedly cause a stir among the NCIS team members, particularly Tony (Michael Weatherly). The episode will follow the NCIS team as they engage in a cross-departmental exercise.
Other than the season 2 recurring spot on the Showtime series, the English-born actress played the lead in the short-lived CW series Valentine. Murray is also known for her role as Stacie Monroe in the British comedy-drama series Hustle, where she appeared on the show’s first four seasons. She was also in an episode of The Mentalist.
NCIS is currently on a three-week hiatus, and it is set to return on April 28 with the first of the two-part special episode that introduces the NCIS spin-off entitled NCIS: Legends, where Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and McGee (Sean Murray) are flying to Los Angeles to work with the NCIS special-operations team to solve the murder of one of their agents.
The backdoor story on the NCIS: Legends episode will launch the spin-off, where the murder investigation quickly becomes a matter of national security, alongside Tony starting to snoop into Ziva’s (Cote De Pablo) personal life, in what could very well be a development in the two’s relationship.
Meanwhile, LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell will guest-star in the NCIS episode, then move to become the stars of the spin-off. LL will play tough but charming former US Navy Seal and Middle East expert Sam Hanna, while O’Donnell will play undercover specialist G. Callen.
