The winter finale (season 13, episode 9) of Grey’s Anatomy, titled “You Haven’t Done Nothin’,” will see Richard and Bailey going head to head as Richard tries to figure out what’s going on with Eliza at the hospital — and what does the future hold for him?
The official episode description says, “Alex makes a big decision that could have life-changing consequences: Believing he is going to jail tomorrow, Alex makes a big decision about his future. While the hospital is overrun with victims of a building collapse, Richard demands answers from Bailey about Eliza’s presence at Grey Sloan.”
