Grimm Season 3 gets underway on Friday, October 25 at 9pm on NBC. According to IMDb, the season premiere is titled “The Ungrateful Dead” and undoubtedly refers to Nick being a zombie. Check out some other spoilers and news about the season ahead.
Creepiest Episode Ever?
Grimm has had its fair share of creepy and disgusting episodes, but when the showrunners give you warning about an episode’s creepiness, it’s probably time to hide under the covers. TVLine spoke to show bosses James Kouf and David Greenwalt about the upcoming third season and they said it will feature episodes about “alligators in the sewer” as well as “a reemergence of the Bauerschwein-Blutbad feud.”
In the Wu-centric episode, a cop will apparently come face-to-face with the Wesen world, and it won’t be pretty. The monster in the episode will be “something so creepy that the last thing that creepy was the fly episode,” Greenwalt said. “This is right on par with that.”
Get those blankets and pillows ready, folks, and don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Grimm Welcomes Angel and Buffy Alum
Fans of Angel and Buffy the Vampire Slayer will be very happy by this next bit of news. EW’s Inside TV reports that Alexis Denisof (who played Wesley in both aforementioned series) will be joining Grimm Season 3.
Denisof will reportedly play a character named Viktor Albert Wilhelm George Beckendorf (try and say that one fast 10 times). Beckendorf is described as a cunning man who also happens to be first cousin to Eric Renard (played by James Frain). No word on which side of the family Beckendorf comes from though, so it’s unclear if he will also be related to Renard (played by Sasha Roiz), since Renard and Eric are only half-brothers.
