Known not only as an African American actress, but also as the First Lady of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Strikingly beautiful, she woos viewers with her charming expressions, not to mention her sultry body. Her ingenuity and intelligence spans the word of acting and recording, as she is also adept in the field of business, having come from a family in the hospitality and banking industries in Chicago. At present, she stars on the television series All of Us where she earned an Image Award nomination in 2007 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
Born on September 23, 1966 in Chicago Illinois, LisaRaye McCoy got her first acting break on the sitcom Martin. This was followed by a number of TV guest roles, as well as appearances in several music videos. She also graced the movie world with films like Beauty Shop, Gang of Roses, The Cheapest Movie Ever Made, The Players Club, Reasons, The Wood, and Super Spy just to name a few.
McCoy plays Neesee James on the comedy series All of Us. Here, she portrays the ex-wife of Robert Sr., played by Duane Martin, and mother of their son, Bobby Jr. Her self-absorbed character hilariously clashes with her former husband and gives the show much gusto. Naturally comical, her inclusion on the series certainly becomes a delightful feature fans can’t get enough of.
