Born on May 20, 1977 in Manchester, New Hampshire, Matt Czuchry graduated with honors from the College of Charleston with a degree in history and political science. Previously, he won the Mr. College of Charleston pageant and went to school on a tennis scholarship. He became the captain of the men’s team and was an NCAA ranked player in the Southern Conference. Subsequently, he studied acting and landed a role in the television series Young Americans. His other credits included Eight Legged Freaks, Slap Her, She’s French, 7th Heaven, The Practice and Veronica Mars. The future looks bright for Matt Czuchry, who plays Rory Gilmore’s boyfriend, Logan Huntzberger, in the popular television series Gilmore Girls. And although the show centers on the lives of the Gilmore girls, his place in the series doesn’t appear to be insignificant. In fact, his exposure in the show has lured pools of fans from all over.
