Despite Kim Richard’s recent drunken meltdown and arrest, it looks like the 50-year-old reality star will get to keep her place on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rumors initially suggest that Richards would be fired from the Bravo reality series but, according to Radar Online, the network is satisfied with the way she has complied with their demands.

“The network is going to keep Kim on because she has adhered to everything that they’ve asked so far,” an insider told Radar.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was taken into custody by the police at the Beverly Hills Hotel on April 16 for kicking a police officer and public intoxication. She later sat down with Dr. Phil to shed light on her battle with alcoholism and eventually checked into treatment.

“She checked into rehab and has agreed to go along with everything that her bosses asked of her,” the source revealed. “Kim is not a liability if she is clean and sober and doing what is asked of her. She knows the process because she has done it several times before.”
“Kim is actually starting to make progress and is not quite as resistant as she was in the beginning,” the insider added. “It seems that her contract with the studio and her job as a housewife actually helped her get sober, because she cannot afford to lose the money.”
