Maybe Jon Gosselin is trying to have as many gal pals as he has children. There’s always plenty to talk about when this guy is the topic, and Kate Major certainly had a lot to share. As one of the ladies linked to the Jon and Kate Plus 8 dad, she has finally spoken to E! News about what really went on between them.
With Jon admitting that he “cares about Kate Major”, a lot of us have raised our eyebrows about his actions. We’ve heard his side of the story plenty of times, from his claims to prioritize his kids to hoping to keep his romances private. Now, let’s hear from another source, the former reporter of Star magazine aka Kate 2.0.
“It is a huge relief to finally talk,” Kate Major admitted. “I haven’t been speaking a lot in the past few days because of how crazy everything has been, and I’m ready to talk.”
“I would be lying if I said there wasn’t instant chemistry between us,” Kate Major revealed. She met Jon Gosselin when assigned to interview him for the publication she worked with, later having dinner out the following night. This caused flurry among the press, as it does so now.
Getting involved in the whole Jon and Kate Plus 8 affair might have given Kate Major several regrets. But when asked about them, she replied with “not really.” It still doesn’t mean that she’d like to live through the experience one more time.
“Would I do it again? Probably not,” she confessed. Major even discussed Jon’s relationship with Hailey Glassman, and how she had to painfully sit through it. Nevertheless, she knows that it’s going to be a difficult turn of events for her and Jon Gosselin.
“Right now, there is no happily ever after,” she said. “[I was] really, really impressed–and I still am–with the person that he is.”
