More rumors and controversies have plagued Kim Kardashian ever since the reality starlet’s pregnancy came out on the news. So far, there have been reports about a newly purchased mansion, a $10 Million lawsuit and Kris Humphries allegedly dragging out the divorce.
Kim and Kanye’s New Mansion
According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West have purchased an $11 Million 10,000-square-foot mansion in a gated community in Bel Air, California. It has also been reported that the couple is planning to build a 14,000-square-foot Italian style home in its place, which would include a gym, a movie theater and a bowling alley, among other things.
Slapped with a Hefty Lawsuit
The Kardashian sisters have been served with a lawsuit involving their makeupline Khroma. As reported previously, British mom Jay Willey claimed the Kardashian sisters stole her company’s product name, Kroma, while another American company by the name of Chroma Makeup Studio, founded 12 years ago, was planning to slap the Kardashians with a lawsuit if they keep the Khroma name. Now The Orlando Sentinel reports that celebrity makeup artist Lee Tillett, who launched Kroma Makeup in 2004, has officially filed a $10 million lawsuit.
Kris and Kim’s Divorce
Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian may have only been married for 72 days but the process of their divorce is anything but short lived. Not wanting to give birth while still legally married to her ex-husband, Kim “feels Kris is being ‘spiteful and vindictive’ in dragging out the divorce — which has dragged on for nearly a year-and-a-half — for no reason. We’re told with all the depositions and paperwork, there’s been no evidence presented by either side suggesting Kim defrauded Kris when she agreed to marry him,” a source told TMZ.
On the other hand, another insider claims that Kris Humphries is just being “misrepresented” by the media. “He’s focused on basketball and that’s it,” a source told HollywoodLife.com.”He lets the legal team handle the rest of that stuff. He’s in the middle of an important season for his team, and all these reports of him trying to make her life hell or whatever are nonsense.”
