It seems that there is no shortage of drama when it comes to Kim Kardashian especially now that she’s in the middle of a messy divorce with Kris Humphries. The reality TV starlet has allegedly offered a financial settlement to her husband in attempt to get the divorce completed as soon as possible. Humphries, on the other hand, claims he doesn’t want any of her money.
Humphries, who broke up with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star in October after just 72 days of marriage, is fixated to have a divorce granted on the grounds of fraud, reasoning that he and Kim tied the knot under false pretenses.
According to RadarOnline.com’s source, “there have been informal settlement talks going on between Kim and Kris’ respective lawyers. Team Humphries has made it crystal clear though that Kris isn’t seeking any money from Kim. Kris doesn’t want one penny from her. His lawyers have said the only terms acceptable for a settlement would be if Kim agrees to Kris’ contention that the marriage was a fraud. There is a stand-off at this point because Kim will never agree to that, she says the marriage wasn’t a fraud. It just didn’t work out.”
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian has more to problems deal with now that her enemies are teaming up. Her former publicist Jonathan Jaxson has just declared war on the reality TV star and has even enlisted Humphries’ divorce attorney Lee A. Hutton to help him seek revenge. According to Jaxson, Kardashian “ruined” his life.
Last year, Jaxson claimed that Kardashian’s extravagant wedding to Humphries was done for publicity. Kardashian attorney Marty Singer then claimed the publicist had violated a confidentiality clause in his contract with Kardashian and seeked $200,000 in damages. But according to Jaxson, he never signed a confidentiality agreement and now, he wants payback.
“I’ve been through hell and back,”Jaxson tells NY Daily News.
