It was just a couple of weeks ago that we found out about Khloe Kardashian’s new romance, but now it really is getting difficult to keep up with these Kardashians. Several reports have confirmed that she and beau Lamar Odom are all set to tie the knot. That’s right, the 25-year-old reality star is getting married this weekend.
“Khloe and Lamar want to get married before Lamar has to go away for training, and the season starts up [this fall],” an insider revealed to Us Weekly. “They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next few weeks so they can get married and have a honeymoon.”
People further announced that the two went shopping for an engagement ring over the weekend, got engaged soon and are currently planning the wedding. The ceremony is simply being thrown together as quickly as they can just to accommodate all preparations. Guests will be notified by phone, but formal invitations are to be sent within the week.
TMZ has also declared that the whole idea was Lamar’s. He rushed the big day on Khloe, because the Los Angeles Lakers play their first preseason game on October 7.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been dating the NBA player for almost a month now, and already they’re ready to walk down the aisle. The wedding will be held on September 27 in the Los Angeles area, and it sounds as though the Kardashian family is really happy about it. At least, Kim is.
“They’re very, very happy,” she told People. “They are literally inseparable. Khloe thinks he’s amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly.”
While the stars haven’t released a statement regarding the event (I checked Khloe and Kim’s blogs and found zilch on the wedding), we can only assume they’re too busy organizing this huge day to bother.
