Remember that Operation Willoughby file that Quinn saw on Reeves’ desk? Well, it sounds like we’re going to find out more about that sooner rather than later on NCIS, in the episode titled “Willoughby,” which will see an undercover operation compromised.
According to CBS, “NCIS searches for new leads after an undercover operation to apprehend a businessman who uses acts of terror to manipulate the stock market is compromised. Also, Bishop and Qasim (Rafi Silver) find a break in the case together.”
