In totally shocking and tragic Real Housewives news, Russell Armstrong, estranged husband of Beverly Hills Housewife, Taylor Armstrong, was found dead by his roommate on Monday evening. TMZ reports that Armstrong, 47, was found hanging in his bedroom. He was pronounced dead at 8:16 pm on Monday.
Taylor Armstrong filed for divorce from Russell last month, after allegations that he may have become physically abusive. The Armstrongs were also facing a $1.5 million lawsuit for possibly skimming money off the top of their business. Russell and Taylor’s daughter is 5 years old. As of this morning, Bravo and the rest of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast had not heard of Russell Armstrong’s suicide.
So sad. I wonder how this will affect the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Season 2 is set to debut in September, and the previews show that Taylor is already going through some difficult stuff. Our thoughts are with Taylor and her daughter.
