Taylor Armstrong of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is now engaged to be married to her boyfriend, John Bluher, according to Us Weekly.
John proposed to Taylor on a romantic getaway at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico last week.

“Engaged! John proposed while kneeling in the sand at the St. Regis in a white tent, chandelier, candles, flowers and an amazing sunset,” Taylor tweeted.
Taylor’s engagement ring is gold and diamond and is a creation of jewelry designer Ari Soffer. After she accepted the proposal, the two celebrated with a lavish dinner and plenty of wine at the resort’s restaurant. And John also explained that the St. Regis held special meaning for the couple.
“The St. Regis is where we fell in love, it was the perfect choice for this wonderful occasion,” John told Us. “Taylor was beautiful and never stopped smiling! It was an amazing evening, a 10 all around!”
This will be Taylor’s second marriage. She was going through a divorce from husband Russell Armstrong when he killed himself in August 2011. Taylor and Russell had one daughter, Kennedy, who is now six years old.
Taylor and John’s relationship was also not without controversy. John and Taylor met when he was representing her in a multi-million dollar case against her deceased husband, Russell. And when they started dating, it was rumored that John was still with his wife of 32 years, whom he shares three children with. At the time, all parties involved denied the rumors that Taylor and John were together, including his then wife, but the two have obviously divorced since then.
But apparently Taylor is leaving all of that baggage behind.
“Thank you for all the congrats. We are very happy and thankful for one another. Kennedy and I are blessed to have John in our lives,” she tweeted.
