Rebecca Cardon Biography:
Born on June 10, 1975 in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Rebecca Lynn Cardon is an aspiring actress and personal trainer. Many people may recognize her from season 6 of the reality series, The Amazing Race , where she and her then boyfriend, Adam competed and ultimately placed third. Cardon’s family, who are made up of fitness enthusiasts, heavily influenced her passion for physical fitness. When she was five years old, her father took her to the gym and proceeded to reward her with a candy bar every time she completed a set number of pull-ups. Cardon was a student at George Mason University, where she majored in Broadcasting. She moved to Los Angeles in order to pursue her acting career, but eventually found her way back to fitness training.
Rebecca is currently the spokesperson for the fitness product, Bun and Thigh Track, but when she is not taping the product’s infomercials, she can be seen in the Bravo reality series, Work Out. In the show, Rebecca’s life as a trainer at the Sky Sport and Spa is exposed to the viewing public. She is flirtatious and uninhibited, and her behavior has sometimes led her into trouble at the gym.
