According to LuAnne de Lesseps, filming of the episode took place a year ago but at the time their breakups were really fresh. “The drama does escalate,” she tells Miami Herald. “But there was a lot of fun on the trip too. It’s a beautiful place and we had an amazing house.”
Also taking center stage is Sonja Morgan, who is suspected to have a drinking problem by the other housewives. While Dorinda Medley reminds Sonja “not to allow the other women to walk all over her,” Ramona makes things complicated by telling Sonja that the other women think she’s an alcoholic. This prompts Sonja to confront the other housewives.
“At the end of the night, you tend to…fall asleep,” Luann tells Sonja.
“Sue me!” Sonja screams. “Maybe I should repeat some of the things you did in my house.”
