Fans of Supernatural have been waiting a long time for the return of the Winchester brothers. The final pre-strike episode of the series aired back in February, introducing viewers to Lilith and leaving them wondering if Dean (Jensen Ackles) would escape his one-way trip to Hell. After more than two months, the show finally comes back on April 24 with the first of four new episodes. To get ready for Supernatural‘s exciting return, we have three exclusive clips from next Thursday’s episode, entitled “Ghostfacers.”
In “Ghostfacers,” Sam and Dean meet up with the bumbling ghost hunters who they reluctantly teamed up with in season 1’s “Hell House.” The end of that episode found the dorky duo heading to Hollywood, and if “Ghostfacers” is any indication their dreams of stardom may actually come true. The episode is shot as though it’s an actual pilot for the Ghostfacers television show, which is somewhat similar to the real Ghost Hunters series.
