The countdown to awesomeness has begun. This Friday brings “The French Mistake,” the ultra-meta Supernatural episode where Sam and Dean get transported into a world where they are Jensen Ackles and something called a Jared Padalecki, stars of a TV show called Supernatural.

I haven’t been this excited for an episode of Supernatural since “Changing Channels.” I can’t help it, I love the intensely meta and daringly conceptual writing of episodes like this one. And this preview is no exception.
In this new clip from the episode, we learn how Dean feels about makeup and the Impala as he also asks an important question: “Why would anybody want to watch our lives?” Sam’s answer is hilarious, as is nearly every single line and moment in this one-minute clip.
Also, check out the extended preview to get even more excited. This is certainly going to be an instant classic.
