It’s too early to predict the winner of The Bachelor season 19 after all we have only seen just one episode but it’s quite obvious Chris Soules already has his eyes on Britt. While getting the first impression rose and the first and only kiss of the premiere does not guarantee a victory, several people from The Bachelor franchise seem to think that she’ll go very far this season.

Season 19 star Chris Soules: “The truth is that I really am a hugger. Always have been. Turns out so is Britt. Put two huggers together and what do you get? Yep, the longest televised hug in history. It really was a nice moment we shared, and I think it helped put both of us at ease… Ultimately, I gave the first impression rose to Britt, who not only gave me the best hug of my entire life but also really made me feel comfortable on what was a pretty stressful evening.”
Host Chris Harrison: “[Britt] was first out of the limo and first into Chris’ heart. They had an immediate connection that led to Britt not only getting the first impression rose she also got the first real kiss of the season.”
The Bachelorette season 1 star Trista Sutter: “Right out the gate…Britt!!! Love her. Have I only seen 20 seconds of her, yes. Do I still love her, yes!!!!”
The Bachelor season 14 contestant and The Bachelorette season 6 star Ali Fedotowsky: “I’m calling it the 1st night. Brit will be the next Bachelorette. You can tell based on Chris Harrison’s questions to the audience.”
