It’s been two weeks now, and we’ve seen a little bit of who Andi likes (Josh M.) and who Andi does not like (Craig) on The Bachelorette.
Based on her confessionals and how she’s been doling out her roses, I’ve made up a list of the five qualities that Andi is clearly searching for in her man.

Hotness
Andi repeatedly said that several of the guys were hot and that seems to go a long way towards making a good first impression on her. All she can talk about on her one-on-one date with Eric is how hot he is. Then we hear how hot Chris is. It is important to be attracted to your mate, Andi, but don’t forget how it turned out with the last hottie you dated!
Who fits the bill: Jason, Chris, Marcus, Nick V.
Who might not: Bradley, Brian
Being Able to Hold One’s Alcohol
Does anyone else think that Andi slightly overreacted to Craig getting drunk on the group date? I mean, it’s basically a free open bar. I’m surprised more guys don’t end up wasted. Nonetheless, it is clear that Andi doesn’t want a partier who jumps in the pool with his clothes on. That would be too much fun and besides, it takes attention away from Andi … she wouldn’t want that!
Who fits the bill: Anyone but Craig and Nick S.

Substance
Yes, Andi wants a hot guy, but she’s not after just a pretty face, otherwise she’d still be canoodling with Juan Pablo. She loves hearing Eric talk about all the places he has traveled, and it’s evident that a good conversation matters to her. She is a lawyer, after all. She can’t be bringing some dumb-dumb out to parties with her!

Who might not: Cody, Chris, Ron, Brett, Josh M.
Sincerity
I don’t know about you, but I’m so tired of hearing about whether or not a person is there for “the right reasons.” In the previews for next week’s episodes, we see Andi tearfully telling the guys that this process is serious. Like really serious. And anyone who doesn’t believe that she is here to find her husband can leave now! As of now, it’s anyone’s guess as to which of the suitors actually are sincere … and which of them may just be after their 15 minutes of reality TV fame.

Being a Good Sport
Before the helicopter takes them to the ski slope, Andi and Eric build sandcastles and fly kites. Andi loves that Eric plays along with whatever the date calls for. He is just as happy in the sand as he is showing her how to snowboard. Andi also praises all the guys who seem to be uncomfortable doing the striptease. She goes out of her way to tell Marcus and Brian (both nervous Nellies) that they did a great job. Fellas, take note: Andi gives bonus points just for trying, as Marcus is rewarded with the group date rose.
