The CW is known for causing some heated controversy around its advertising, most notably with last summer’s “OMFG” campaign for Gossip Girl. Now they’re increasing that to another level with a series of ads for the new modeling drama The Beautiful Life featuring four of the show stars in the buff.
Well, not completely naked, as there is a black bar with the show’s tagline running across the private region, but it’s still very revealing, especially for the women, whose hands are hardly large enough to cover all of themselves.
The ads feature the two main stars of The Beautiful Life, Sara Paxton and Benjamin Hollingsworth, as well as Ashley Madekwe and Corbin Bleu. The last one could be the most scandalous, as Corbin is best known as part of Disney’s High School Musical franchise. But next to some of the photos we’ve seen of Vanessa Hudgens, this is nothing.

The Beautiful Life has already received a lot of buzz due to the off-screen problems with co-star Mischa Barton. The show premieres on the CW September 16 at 9pm.
