In November, former Real Housewives of Atlanta and current Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak and her husband, Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, welcomed twins. Now Kim is introducing her baby boy and girl to the world.

Kaia Rose and Kane Ren follow the new Zolciak-Biermann tradition of both being named with K names, like their older brothers Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash Kade, 17 months. The also have two older sisters, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, who are Kim’s daughters from previous relationships.
“It wasn’t the same as having one baby, my nerves were shot,” Kim said in an interview with Life & Style, where the pictures of the babies were first published. “Kaia was only six pounds and I’m used to eight-pound babies. And Kane was actually delivered breech, facing the wrong way.”
“Kaia has dark hair and the prettiest blue eyes and Kane is blonde with these piercing blue eyes!” Kim wrote on her Instagram. “Elle, Ana and Kash have my crazy eye color and KJ has blue like his daddy!”
And although the little ones have been alive for scarcely a month, Kim says that they’re already showing big personalities.
“Kaia is a diva, honey! She’s much more demanding. She loves to be snuggled all the time,” Kim said. “And Kane is the easiest baby ever. Just feed him and change him and he’s happy. Their personalities are definitely very different.”
Now that the Zolciak-Biermann clan is up to eight, Kim says she’s done having any more kids. (But let’s be honest, she’s said it before.)
“This is it — no more kids! I finally feel like my family is 100% complete.”
