Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord, Jill Zarin and Bethenny Frankel take center stage on this week’s news roundup on The Real Housewives of New York City and not surprisingly, we get an interesting mix of stories, from honeymoon updates, unusual parenting stories to wardrobe malfunctions.
Creepy Tales from a Housewife
First to stir controversy are Simon and Alex McCord, who just released their offbeat parenting book today, entitled Little Kids Big City: Tales From A Real House In New York City. According to NY Daily News, Alex revealed in the book that she gave into every craving she felt, even admitting to drinking champagne throughout her pregnancy, as well as the night she went into labor with son Francois. The Real Housewives of New York City couple’s unconventional parenting style is sure to raise more than a few eyebrows since they have already been criticized on the show for their parenting skills–the latest of which involves Francois climbing up a stranger’s leg in the Hamptons.
Wardrobe Malfunction
Next to make headlines is Kelly Bensimon, who had a little wardrobe malfunction during a fashion show last night. The mishap was nothing huge to fuss about but it but her right nipple did snuck out, which is more that what she showed in her Playboy photo shoot. The Hollywood Gossip has more on this.
Honeymoon Bliss
Meanwhile, Bethenny Frankel, who married Jason Hoppy last weekend, is currently enjoying her honeymoon in St. Barts even while seven months pregnant. Check out her tweets and photos here.
Jill Zarin’s Frustration
Speaking of Bethenny’s wedding, here’s what her former best friend-turned-enemy Jill Zarin has to say about not being on the guest list: “I guess I wasn’t surprised I wasn’t invited, but I was hurt.
