The action may be heating up on Big Brother 18, but outside of the house, baby fever is spreading through the Big Brother community. Multiple former HGs, including winners and fan favorites, either have newborns or are currently pregnant.
It all started on April 8 when season 13 winner Rachel Reilly and her husband Brendan Villegas, who met as HGs on season 12, welcomed their first child, a girl named Adora Borealis Villegas. She became the first Big Brother baby, a child of two former HGs.
But Adora won’t be the only BB baby. Season 11 winner Jordan Lloyd and fellow HG Jeff Schroeder (who both also competed on season 13 with Rachel and Brendan) are expecting their first child in October. The two originally planned to get married in October, but the pregnancy moved up their timeline and they quietly got married in March.
Keeping it all in the family, Rachel’s sister Elissa Slater, who won the Fan Favorite as a contestant on season 15, announced that she was pregnant during her sister’s baby shower back in March.
Elissa’s fellow Big Brother 15 alum Aaryn Williams (formerly Aaryn Gries), is also a part of this baby explosion as she gave birth to her daughter, Skyla, on June 14, one day before the Big Brother 18 HGs moved into the house.
Finally, season 10 winner and season 14 runner-up Dan Gheesling just joined the club as a first-time dad as he and his wife Chelsea welcomed their son, Desmond, on Sunday, July 3.
At this rate, if the show lasts forever, season 40 of Big Brother could be comprised entirely of the children of legendary players.
