A little Vampire Diaries goes a long way, and that’s what the CW is banking on with this new trailer for the upcoming third season that was originally shown at Comic-Con. A large portion of the three and a half minute video is devoted to reminding us where we left off.
Stefan is now with werevamp hybrid Klaus, Damon and Elena were flirting, Mrs. Lockwood threatened Sheriff Forbes’ job, and Jeremy’s seeing ghosts. But then, when it’s all said and done, this video includes 14 new seconds of footage. That’s the first 14 seconds we’ve seen of season 3.
And in that clip, we learn that Damon likes to air dry after a nice, soapy bath, and that his near-death experience hasn’t made him any less flirty or whimsical.
