The Top 8 artists have all performed for America’s votes, including duets with their fellow contestants. Who will be the next singers eliminated in season 12 of The Voice?
After taking a close look at the night’s performances, there are some obvious winners and surprising losers. Here are my predictions as the show winds down to the final four of season 12.

Daring Duets
Chris Blue and Vanessa Ferguson: Team Alicia debuted the first duet of the night with the classic Alicia Keys hit “If I Ain’t Got You.” Both Chris and Vanessa brought their A-game to the tune, cementing their solo places in the finale. Will America vote them in?
Hunter Plake and Aliyah Moulden: Team Blake’s Aliyah Moulden and Team Gwen’s Hunter Plake have become good friends on the show, but did their friendship translate into a great duet for America’s votes? Separately, the two are fabulous. But together, their voices do not mesh well.
TSoul and Jesse Larson: Team Adam’s Jesse Larson and Team Blake’s TSoul tackled Stevie Wonder’s “I Wish.” The performance was lively and fun and brought the funk to The Voice stage. But did it score the duo the necessary points they need to stay in the competition?
Brennley Brown and Lauren Duski: The country dynamic duo of Team Gwen’s Brennley Brown and Team Blake’s Lauren Duski paired up on the country song “Good Hearted Woman.” While Brennley could contain her enthusiasm, Lauren kept her performance under control and delivered a cool and seductive twist to the song. One performer stood out in the pairing, guaranteeing her place in the finale.

Who is Safe?
Hunter Plake: Team Gwen’s Louisiana vocalist sang U2’s “With or Without You,” a vocally challenging song that was not only perfect for Hunter as a singer but was also emotionally driven and a song that delivered a positive message of love. The coaches were unanimously over the moon about his performance, citing Hunter’s uncanny ability to bring his Voice fans into his world.
Lauren Duski: Team Blake’s Lauren Duski sang “Ghosts in this House” as a correlation to her real-life heartbreak and struggles, which she hopes to relay as a professional country singer. This Michigan native has carved out a niche for herself in this competition, and her strength as a storyteller has hit a chord with both the panel of coaches and the show’s fans.
Chris Blue: Team Alicia’s Chris Blue scored a slam dunk performance of “Take Me to the King” and expressed himself in a more vulnerable way than ever before. The emotional song stirred something in the audience and the coaches that is rare on the reality competition show. If Chris Blue does not make the finals with that performance, then I don’t know what it will take for any performer to do so. He was incredible.
Vanessa Ferguson: Team Alicia’s Vanessa Ferguson took The Carpenters hit “Superstar” and gave it her own sensual twist. With this performance, you could clearly see that Vanessa wanted to be in the finale, and this dynamic performance should put her there. Coach Alicia Keys continued to champion Vanessa and begged viewers to put her in the finale.

Who is in Danger?
TSoul: Team Blake’s TSoul tackled “Ain’t No Way” by Aretha Franklin, a highly personal love song for the blues singer. Although it’s a stretch for him vocally, TSoul attempte to make it his own. But it just didn’t seem as authentic as his other performances, and his nerves finally showed as he sang.
Brennley Brown: Brennley sang “Suds in the Bucket” and couldn’t wait to show her fans a different side of her performing skills. The uptempo tune was a favorite of the coaches and allowed Brennley to show her youthful side. But as a performer, the young singer just can’t stand up next to her more experienced counterparts.
Jesse Larson: Team Adam’s Jesse Larson sang “I Was Wrong” and dedicated it to his dad, to allow him to show his genuine self to America. Although his performance was a winner, compared to the other singers in the competition Jesse just may not be the voice America is looking for in the finale.
Aliyah Moulden: Team Blake’s Aliyah Moulden sang the emotional and inspirational song “I Can Only Imagine,” and she admitted that being on The Voice has forever changed her. Her performance was powerful, but power might not be enough to get her the votes needed to place her in the finale.
Who is Going Home?
Based on the Top 8 performances, it will be TSoul, Jesse Larson, Brennley Brown and Aliyah Moulden’s last turns on The Voice stage.
