You’ve probably heard every teaser there is to know about the new season of True Blood, which kicks off on June 13 on HBO. But reading about it is one thing and getting a glimpse of it is another. To quote Alan Ball, season 3 is “everything you love about True blood amped up to the next level.” In the clip below, you’ll find out what this season is all about, including the rollercoaster love affair with fangs, the taboo relationship of vampires and werewolves, and odd family reunions.

Meanwhile, True Blood has already made the transition from TV series to comic books, though fans will have to wait until July before they could grab a copy. Fortunately, several pages for the first issue have already been released by IDW Publishing. Check out the preview:
