As we have reported, DeAnna Pappas will be the star of the fourth season of The Bachelorette, and casting has begun for the 25 lucky guys who will have a chance at winning her heart. There’s no doubt a lot of guys thought Brad Womack was crazy for walking away from DeAnna, but the good news is that left the field open for the next suitor.

Of course, it’s not all about a physical type, although about 99% of the guys who have been The Bachelor or suitors on The Bachelorette certainly meet the above criteria. But there’s also a certain personality type that’s needed for this adventure. ABC says they are also looking for guys who are “outgoing, adventurous, physically and mentally fit, and who are sincerely seeking a marital relationship.”
Hopefuls can apply online, but there are also upcoming live casting calls in some selected cities like Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Miami, Dallas and Scottsdale, AZ (where one event is being held at the Pink Taco restaurant – stay classy, The Bachelorette producers!).
